Feel free to use this convenient online reservation request form to check availability of your favorite room for that special occasion. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request. There is no payment required with using this request form. If you prefer, you may call us at (866) 745-3723 between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. to check availability, reserve a room, purchase a gift certificate, or request more information. Reservations are confirmed by MasterCard, VISA, or by a deposit check for one night's lodging. We will ask you for a valid charge card number to secure your reservation. Rather than immediately charging your card, we will obtain only an authorization which will guarantee your choice of payment, including by personal check, when you arrive. Any reservation not secured by a valid charge card is subject to cancellation. If you wish to cancel or reduce your reservation, you must let us know at least two (2) weeks prior to the start of the reservation. Otherwise, you will be charged for one day's stay or 50% of the unused reservation, whichever is greater.
